Kuvagen provides a text-to-image generation service. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the service to request, generate, or distribute:

• Illegal content or instructions for wrongdoing
• Explicit sexual content, especially involving minors (or content that sexualizes minors)
• Bestiality or sexual violence
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Harassment, threats, or hateful content targeting protected groups

We may block requests, suspend access, or remove outputs if we believe content violates these rules.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for your prompts and for any use of generated outputs. You must comply with applicable laws and respect third-party rights.

4. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuvagen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
