Kuvagen provides an AI-based image generation service. The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the service to request, generate, or distribute:

• Illegal content or instructions for wrongdoing
• Explicit sexual content, especially involving minors
• Violence, abuse, or harmful content
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Impersonation or misleading content

3. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or misleading. Generated content should not be relied upon as factual or real.

4. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for your prompts, generated outputs, and how those outputs are used, shared, or published.

5. Public content

Content marked as public may be displayed in a gallery and may be viewed, copied, or redistributed by others. We do not guarantee deletion or permanent removal of publicly shared content.

6. Service control

We reserve the right to restrict usage, remove content, or terminate access at our sole discretion.

7. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability
